So I asked the boys what names are they going to suggest for their new cousins. Here is their list: poo poo, pee pee, diaper, bottom, gina, penis, bad belly, diarrhea, privacy, and poop nut.
i think our kids are all at that stage where they are obsessed with anything having to do with excrement. our twins are saying the same things to any questions we ask, if it's any consolation!

personally, I like poop-nut. ;)
I like that they think "privacy" is a bad word. I think they get confused with "privates".
